This policy describes how 7 Versions, LLC ("7 Versions", "we", "us"), a Colorado limited liability company, handles information collected through this website, 7versions.com. Questions about anything here can be sent through our contact form.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and anything you write about your needs.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and service providers may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when pages load. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, deliver services you ask us for, and keep ordinary business records. That is the whole list.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are recorded in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and email), and this website is hosted on Google Cloud. Google processes that data on our behalf under its own terms and safeguards. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.
What we share
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers named above as needed to operate the site and our business, with professional advisors under confidentiality, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and engagement records as long as they are useful for the purposes above or required for ordinary business and legal recordkeeping. If you would like your information deleted, ask.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact form. We will respond to any reasonable request. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honor the spirit of those rights for everyone regardless of whether the law technically applies to a firm our size.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
