Elizabeth Ludwig

She's an operator, not an analyst. She gets into the system and fixes it instead of narrating why it's broken.

Elizabeth Ludwig is a Co-Founder and Partner at 7 Versions, where she helps founders and small to mid-market companies close the gap between infinite AI output and the human judgment that turns it into real business value.

A path that began two decades ago with her own computer consulting company, Elizabeth has sat at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology her whole career. She built a new market vertical at a global engineering firm from the ground up, growing it from 15 to 250 people while moving it from #15 to #6 in national rankings. She then brought that same operational instinct to global professional services, partnering with executive leadership on M&A and growth initiatives, before moving into digital and AI product strategy at a global manufacturer. Most recently, she designed and scaled an AI adoption and governance program inside a global software organization, taking it from a self-authored business case all the way to executive sponsorship and full rollout across engineering, product, and design.

Her through-line is judgment under abundance. She authored frameworks her clients use to this day: the five-layer AI System Map, which lets executive leaders see exactly where AI risk and value sit, and a framework for why AI investment routinely outruns an organization's ability to use it. She designs the governance and workforce enablement that move AI from scattered experiments to a daily habit. She holds an Executive MBA from CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business and a bachelor's from the College of William & Mary, and she guest-lectures and gives keynotes on the business applications of AI.

Michael Ferreyros

Michael Ferreyros is a Co-Founder and Partner at 7 Versions, where he works where strategy meets feasibility, making sure a plan is shaped from the start by what can actually be built and run. His signature is the internal intelligence layer: the centralized knowledge base and business-intelligence systems that turn a company's scattered information into a single source of truth people can decide from.

For more than 15 years he has run translational research operations at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where as a Research Program Manager he oversees a $10M portfolio and a team of 20+ in cell and gene therapy for rare diseases. He learned to set direction and deliver where the compliance bar is absolute and the stakes are patient outcomes, and he holds an Executive MBA from CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business.

Because he builds these systems himself, his strategy stays grounded in what is genuinely shippable. He has designed the knowledge bases, dashboards, and internal applications that become an organization's operating backbone, from automated procurement to organizational-health reporting, and a competitive-intelligence platform that benchmarked the Gates Institute against all 120 cell and gene therapy centers in its field to locate its advantage. He teaches this discipline with the CU MBA Business AI Club he co-founded and at Gates Institute retreats and weekly Lunch-N-Learns.

AI Product Leader

Todd Gardiner

He doesn't just build AI products. He builds the ones that get used.

Todd Gardiner is a seasoned technology executive and AI product leader with three decades of experience driving innovation at the intersection of data, computing, and user experience. He specializes in the strategic design and implementation of technology that accelerates business outputs.

His expertise is rooted in a strong technical foundation and product management discipline, honed through leadership roles at companies like Luminate LLC, where he serves as Director of AI and Data. He has a proven track record of building and scaling products that leverage machine learning to solve complex business problems, optimize workflows, and create new efficiencies.

Todd excels at translating business objectives into actionable AI strategies, focusing on pragmatic, human-centered solutions. His approach combines deep technical understanding with a focus on measurable outcomes, making him an ideal partner for organizations looking to integrate and scale advanced AI agent systems. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Strategic Advisor and Transformation Leader

Jeremiah Contreras

Technology initiatives rarely fail because the tool is wrong. They fail because the business problem was misunderstood. Jeremiah makes sure that never happens.

Jeremiah Contreras is a strategic advisor and transformation leader who helps organizations solve business problems first, then determine how technology fits into the solution. His focus is human-centered technology adoption: helping leaders redesign work, strengthen decision-making, and implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies in ways people can understand, trust, and use.

His path began more than two decades ago in audit and analytics at KPMG, where he served as a Computer Assisted Audit Techniques specialist and trained professionals to use data for better decision-making long before AI became a business imperative. He later served as Controller and Global Business Process Manager for an international professional services firm, helping lead process redesign, ERP implementation, change management, user training, and the translation of business needs into technology requirements.

Today, Jeremiah leads AI transformation efforts at a major business school, driving organizational change across governance, workforce development, curriculum transformation, and executive education. His work brings together disciplines that many technology consultants treat separately: audit, controls, finance, operations, systems implementation, risk, and human adoption. He helps organizations determine when technology is the answer, and when it is not.

Partner, Operations & Partnerships

Stacie Carruth

She makes the process of receiving and implementing services seamless and efficient.

Stacie Carruth leads Operations, Communications, and Partnerships at 7 Versions, where she manages pricing, client materials, and the operational systems that support the business.

Her career began in clinical laboratory science and healthcare operations, where she built a foundation in accuracy, process, and working within regulated environments. She later moved into operations and communications roles across hospitality, nonprofit, and community organizations. She has redesigned order-tracking workflows to reduce delays across departments, authored standard operating procedures to maintain continuity through leadership transitions, and directed teams ranging from 30 to over 100 volunteers in delivering housing, education, and employment support services. She has also built outreach relationships with more than 200 organizations and helped secure program funding through grant writing and donor strategy, exceeding fundraising goals by 30%.

She is proficient in Portuguese and Spanish, a Certified Facilitator through the Arbinger Institute, and is completing her Executive MBA at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business, expected May 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Brigham Young University.
